2. The answer I think is probably a good and reliable crew. What I mean is a staff and crew that consists of the director, producers, writers, ADs, AP, etc., that knows how to work with each other and knows to to get their jobs and responsibilities done on time and has a qualifiable past experience in their work.
3. The most important research I found was I think the Film Encyclopedia, an encyclopedia that tells information about th different jobs and staff and crew that are present during the production of a film. The book tells you almsot about everything.
